GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to every offer from Oshun Care and every distance agreement concluded between Oshun Care and the customer. From time to time reference is made in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to our own website www.oshuncare.com: (hereinafter referred to as the website). By ordering you indicate that you agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 – Order and conclusion of agreement
You can order in the ways as described on the order pages of the website. An order is not valid if Oshun Care cannot unambiguously determine your permanent residence or place of residence. By ordering, a sale is made.
Article 3 – Offers and prices
All prices are stated in or excluding VAT. Oshun Care is not bound by its offer if there are printing, typesetting or programming errors in its mailings or on the website.
Article 4 – Postage costs
You pay a contribution to the shipping costs once per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. The standard shipping costs are indicated when you place your order. For an order of more than € 150, – the shipping costs will not be charged.
Article 5 – Pick up
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order.
Article 6 – Payments
Oshun Care only delivers products after payment. We use Mollie Payments for payment. If you use the bank transfer option, your order will be shipped after payment has been received.
Article 7 – Property law
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Article 8 – Transport damage
If your order is delivered with transport damage, please complain to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact will not affect your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to make our own claims against the carrier or transportation insurance.
Article 9 – Return policy
Oshun Care guarantees that its products are prepared with the greatest care and the best ingredients. If there is nevertheless something wrong with the product, the product can be returned in the original packaging. It is assumed that the customer assesses the product by only unpacking or using it to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. The basic principle here is that the customer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a shop. You can return the product to us within 14 days of ordering.
An item can only be returned in consultation with Oshun Care. Reimbursement following a return shipment will be made within 30 days to the account number specified by the customer. The postage costs for the return are for the account of the customer. Oshun Care reserves the right not to refund the purchase amount of returned products without express consultation.
Article 10 – Liability
Oshun Care is not liable for damage resulting from the use by you of an article supplied by Oshun Care, unless Oshun Care is liable under any mandatory provision (product liability as referred to in Article 6:185 ff of the Dutch Civil Code). . In that case, your damage is eligible for compensation up to a maximum of € 1,000 in the case of property damage (loss of a property) and up to a maximum amount of € 10,000 in the case of personal injury (damage due to death or injury). Pure financial loss and immaterial damage are not compensated.
